At QPS Cable we stand 100% behind our products. This means that all our products are under  limited lifetime warranty, so we replace any defective merchandise for Free.

All sales are NOT final.  You may return an order (the entire order, or specific products from an order) within 21 days after receiving your items for a full refund LESS your shipping costs with no questions asked.  There will be no additional handling charges, or return charges.  All products must be in their original packaging and be otherwise "complete" and undamaged. Products returned without their originally packaging MAY be assessed a return charge if such lack of packaging deems the product un-sellable.  But first, before returning your items, you need to contact us to receive an RMA confirmation number and you need to fill up the RMA form.

All cable products come with a limited lifetime warranty.  We will not, however, be responsible for any incidental damages caused to any equipment.  Physical damages to the cable not caused by normal wear and tear will not be warranted.  For example, a physical "cut" or slice to a cable will be considered damage that will not be covered by warranty. 

If you have a cable which has failed, please obtain an RMA number by contacting us and we will replace the defective product.  Products returned without a previously obtained RMA number will not be accepted for return or credit.  Our shipping department has been instructed to "return to sender" if the RMA number is not clearly shown on the outside of the package.

Whitin 21 days of receiving your product:
A cable that has failed within 21 days period, after receiving your product, will be replaced with the same or equivalent product.  If we can not supply you with an immediate replacement, we will refund your paypal account for the original purchase price ( minus original shipping fees ) of the failed product.  Products returned to us due to a failure must be shipping pre-paid. Those shipping charges will be refunded to you. (Use regular parcel only to return your defective items, no express shipping or your shipping fees will only be partly refunded) 

After 21 days of receiving your product:
A cable that has failed after the open 21 days period, after receiving your product, will be replaced with the same or equivalent product.  If we can not supply you with an immediate replacement, we will credit your paypal account for the original purchase price of the failed product (minus original shipping fees).  Products returned to us must have their shipping pre-paid and return shipping fees are not refundable by QPS Cable.
